How To Stretch While On Travel

From cramped flights and long car rides to endless walk, travelling can be tiring too. These few strectching postures will help you conquer them all.

 

Eyes

Move your eyes slowly in all directions: clockwise, anticlockwise, side to side and up and down.

 

Neck

Holding your head upright, slowly turn it to one side and hold. Then slowly turn your head to the other side and hold. Next, slowly tip your head forward and hold.

 

Shoulder

Holding your arms at your side, slowly roll your shoulders both forward and backwards in wide circular motions. Repeat.

 

Back

While standing, place both hands on your back at waist level. With your chin tucked in, slowly arch your upper body backwards and hold the position. Slowly straighten your back intoan upright position. Relax and repeat.

While sitting, position your hands on your back at the waist. Arch your upper body backward while tucking in your chin. Hold and repeat.

 

Leg

While sitting, interlock the finger of both hands and grasp your shin just below your knee. Then slowly pull the leg toward your chest. Hold. Repeat with your other leg.

While standing, place one foot in front of the other and bend the forward knee while keeping the other leg straight. Lean Forward and hold. Repeat with your other leg.

 

Foot

Lift toes up as far as you can, but keep heels on the floor. Relax and repeat.
