Happy New Year you adventurous spirits out there!
Time flies indeed and in a blink, Yellowdoor has gone through the year 2016 in a flash.
We started Yellowdoor at the end of 2015 and after months of hard work and cramming our brains with technical stuff, we launched our website www.yellowdoor.id in March 2016.
In April, we had our first sale (yay!) and since then, to our delight, we had constant sales on our website month by month and good feedbacks from customer which is re-assuring for us as a new business.
We were indeed surprised with the growth and positive reception of Yellowdoor but it is not something we did not work hard for. As you can imagine, starting a new business involves a lot of effort. We burned the midnight oil on many nights, worked on weekends, carrying our laptops everywhere just to make sure that our customers’ experience on our website is simple and smooth.
It was not always smooth sailing of course, with new system and website, come technical glitches and bugs. A LOT of them. Thanks for the hard work of our COO and IT team, we are able to address most major issues and happy to say we have gone far from where we started. We are far from perfect but we are improving every single day and we thank each one of you for your patience and support.
Yellowdoor would not have been what we are now without a massive team effort. We thank the team at Yellowdoor which has tripled in size in the last year, our family and friends (we are so counting on your promises to make purchases ;)), our experience providers, our customers and of course our office dog Lexie who is doing such a good job in her post as Chief (stress) Relief Officer.
We are very excited for 2017 and looking forward to bringing you many more fun experiences.
