Beginner Rider and Children

Beginner riders and children will be handled carefully. Dealing with horses are fun and can be dangerous as well, therefore guest has to

listen to guide and guest might be able to experience more than walking, since this depends on how safe the guest in the saddle

and on top of the horse. Please understand beginners and children are leaded by the guide.

 

Advanced Rider

Riders with riding level advanced can ride on their own and do trot and canter accompanied by guide.

 

Children Policy

Children less than 5 years old, on the same horse with parent, is FOC. (Total weight is 90KGs)

Children more than 5 years old, on their own horse will be charged as adult.

 

Cancellation and No Show Policy

Any cancellation must be in written by email with subject to approval 

Any cancellation made within 2 days prior to guest arrival, will be charged 50 percent of the riding rate as per contract rate.

In case of no show, a full riding booking charge will be applied

 

Opening and Closing Hours

Opening hours is at 8AM, should the guest arrive earlier they have to wait until horse are ready.

Closing hours is at 6PM, the last trekking will be started at 5PM (only available for 45 minutes riding)

Please advise guest to come 15 minutes before time stated on voucher for welcome drink and briefing.

 

CUSTOMER LIABILITY AGREEMENT FOR RIDING

Riders are fully understood the possible risks and inherent hazards of horseback riding.

Riders are understood that neither Experience Provider nor any of its employees or representatives may be held liable in any way for

any occurrence on the property or on horseback that may result injury, or any other damages to your person.

Riders understand that they are riding at their own risk.
