A via ferrata (Italian for "iron road”) is a protected climbing route found in the Alps and certain other locations. The essence of a modern via ferrata is a steel cable which runs along the route and is periodically (every 3 to 10 metres) fixed to the rock. Via Ferrata in Gunung Parang is the 1st in Indonesia, it is an 150 meters of height and a tipically low slope in Parang Cliff, everybody can enjoy to climb with a beautifull view of Purwakarta from there.

Also known as parascending, is a recreational activity where a person is towed behind a vehicle (usually a boat) while attached to a specially designed parachute, known as a parasail.
