Mount Papandayan is a complex stratovolcano, located in Garut Regency, to the southeast of the city of Bandung in West Java, Indonesia. It is about 15 km to the southwest of the town of Garut.

At the summit, there are four large craters which contain active fumarole fields. An eruption in 1772 caused the northeast flank to collapse producing a catastrophic debris avalanche that destroyed 40 villages and killed nearly 3,000 people.

The eruption truncated the volcano into a broad shape with two peaks and a flat area 1.1 km wide with Alun-Alun crater in the middle, making the mountain appear as a twin volcano; one of the peaks is called Papandayan and the other Mount Puntang.

Explore Papandayan beautiful crater and its infamous dead forest. If you’re lucky enough, you’ll see the eternal flower, edelweiss. But remember not to take anything but pictures and leave anything but memories.

That’s what the PADI Advanced Open Water Diver course is all about. You don’t have to be “advanced” to take it – it’s designed to advance your diving, so you can start right after earning your PADI Open Water Diver certification. The course helps build confidence and expand your scuba skills through different Adventure Dives. You try out different specialties while gaining experience under the supervision of your PADI Instructor. You log dives and develop capabilities as you find new ways to have fun scuba diving. Get credit! Each Adventure Dive may credit toward the first dive of the corresponding PADI Specialty Diver Course. If you’ve already taken a specialty diver course, ask your instructor if you’ve earned credit for an Adventure Dive.

Mount Semeru or Mahameru is an active volcano located administratively in Lumajang regency. Being the highest volcano on Java island at 3676m asl, Semeru is very popular and prestigious among trekkers. This volcano has a spectacular lava dome crater, which crashes every 20 to 30 minutes, ejecting a high thick grey smoke.

Batik is one of an art and a craft which is becoming more popular and well known in Indonesia as a wonderful creative medium. The art of decorating cloth using wax and dye, has been practised for centuries. In Indonesia, batik is part of an ancient tradition. But now, batik is more modern.

Not just buying batik, now you can also learn to make batik and discover its history. Interestingly, you can directly practice your own batik making on  40 cm x 40 cm plain cloth. Find your inner creativity by experience this traditional art.

Seseh, the place where we grew up and learned to surf, is primarily a fishing village. Together with Seseh Bali Fishing Club, We are campaigning for sustainable and responsible fishing. We strive to convince the fishing community to use only eco-friendly methods and tools.

Fishing with us is not just about catching fish, it’s about working together as a community and sharing our life experiences for a healthy marine eco system to maintain a sustainable sea food supply. Using variety of methods, some of the fish species we may encounter include amberjack, barracuda, lobster, mahi-mahi, sailfish, spanish mackerel, tuna, giant trevally, yellow fin trevally, and wahoo.
